The Story Behind This Bespoke Bee Ring
This honey bee ring was originally commissioned as a meaningful gift from a loved one. The inspiration came from a simple yet powerful act of kindness: helping bees that have stopped flying.
If you’ve ever seen someone stop to gently move a tired bee to safety, you’ll understand the sentiment behind this design. Our client wanted this nature-inspired piece to be made for their friend who does exactly that. Hand-crafted for them, capturing their compassion in a piece of jewellery. A ring to be worn every day, something personal, thoughtful, and lasting.
We engraved a delicate honey bee design into solid recycled silver, creating a subtle yet detailed illustration beneath the surface of the ring. To bring the piece to life, we set a transparent citrine gemstone on top of the engraving. The stone magnifies the bee beneath it while adding a warm, honey-yellow glow.

This ring was entirely handmade in our UK studio using recycled silver, making it a conscious choice for those who value sustainability as much as design.

Every detail of this ring — from the engraved bee to the gemstone setting — was carefully crafted by hand. Using traditional jewellery-making techniques combined with a modern, nature-inspired aesthetic to create something special.

When a Bespoke Jewellery Design Finds a Second Home
After sharing the first ring, another client fell in love with the design and asked for their own version to be custom made. It was for a customer in the beekeeping profession! Made as a request after seeing a video of a few of our custom commissions. Created in the same style, tailored to their size, and sent to their home in the US.
