Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We can only accept returns for items that arrive defective, including marks, scratches and other general faults.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A minority of people can have the experience of sterling silver jewellery causing slight discolouration of the skin when worn. This is extremely rare and nothing to worry about; just a slight reaction for those with highly reactive skin to the metal composition. This can be easily washed away and avoided by reducing contact with water, or sweating when worn. The silver we use is certified 925 sterling quality (92.5% pure). Refunds will not be available due to this issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refunds and returns cannot be given due to sizing issues. It's the customers responsibility to measure and purchase their correct size. This will be made accurately as long as the correct size is given. Please refer to our sizing chart or contact us if you need help with sizing.

If the wrong size has been ordered, this is the customers responsibility. To help where we can we're happy to offer a resize or replacement subject to a small admin fee. This will be dependent on the specific order and, in each case, will be explained through email once a return is requested for this reason.

Other issues, including complications caused by the consumer, such as accidental orders, or decisions around gifting items, will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns for these reasons, unless the product is defective. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
